Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

The Seeds of Blessings ships throughout the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from the UK. International shipping may be introduced as our ministry expands.


2. Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday–Friday. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays are prepared the next business day.

Because many of our items are faith‑inspired gifts crafted with care, processing may occasionally take slightly longer during busy seasons.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

We currently offer:

  • Standard UK delivery

  • Express UK delivery

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £50 


4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey through the courier’s website.


6. Failed Delivery Policy

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, the courier may retry or return the parcel to us. Returned parcels can be re‑shipped at the customer’s expense.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist with filing a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For returns, please refer to our Returns Policy.
